    Resetting of the protection is a bug.
    Once you are attacked and the cooldown starts, it must be for a full duration as is intended. This is an oversight and not intentional.

    No, he didn't re-enter, he was attacked pvp while he was still in HOP, he left HOP right after the attack and got attacked again pvp because exiting HOP resets protection.
    It is no bug it's simple game rule!

    I can confirm the player did NOT re-enter House of Pain, he only left it and got attacked immediately afterwards.
    This is a bug and it has been reported.
